Due to the continuing public health impacts of COVID-19, and to support the health and wellbeing of our communities, employees, and shareholders, we encourage you to participate in the meetings virtually. Shareholders will be able to listen, ask questions and receive answers, and vote online at the virtual meetings.

Instructions for registered securityholders and beneficial holders regarding voting, appointment of proxies and participation in the meeting can be found in the Company’s Information Circular and Proxy Statement. Additional details regarding participation in the meeting can be found in the Virtual Meeting User Guide. Proxy holders intending to participate in the meeting must register their appointment as proxy with the Company’s transfer agent, Computershare, two days prior to the Meeting in order to obtain a username.
